Joyful Parenting Class

New Hope International Preschool has a parenting class on Tuesday mornings from April through June. Join us for times of learning and discussion about parenting with joy. Come to all ten sessions or as many as you can. All parents are welcome, whether their children attend New Hope Preschool or not. The classes are in English and Japanese. The cost is 500 yen per class. Space is limited. Contact us or see our web site for specific dates and topics.

Spring Campaign

Space is still available in some of our classes. From now through the end of May, we are running a two-point enrollment enrollment campaign. New Students get 20,000 yen off of the usual enrollment fee and half-price tuition for the first two months. See our campaign page for more details.

Scholastic Book Club

A few times a year we give the opportunity to order select children's books in English at a very reasonable prices. If you are interested in a catalog, please pick one up at the preschool or give us your mailing address and your child's age so we can send you a catalog. Orders and payments are due by April 30.

Tips to Help Your Child with English at Home

When your child watches DVDs in English, turn on the English subtitles. This will help with listening and reading. Even if your child is too young to read, he will begin to associate the English alphabet with meaning.

Preschoolradio.com has a fun, thirty-minute program of children's music in English. They put a new one up every week.
